Love 30

‘Love 30’ is an animated television commercial created for the European Commision representation office in Cyprus. It was created as part of the campaign for Road Safety Week, that featured the slogan “Streets for life” and reminded the public to honor the 30km speed limit when driving in residential areas.

This humorous animation video features different characters in various everyday moments that get affected by people speeding. The cartoony, sketchy designs and the exaggerated, character expressions, emphasize the problematic situations that the characters experience. At the same time the animation was created in a way that it could have a broad appeal, so that any viewer regardless of age, can understand the importance of respecting the speed limit and the importance of contributing towards a safer, cleaner and less noisy environment.
